Blast Freezer

Blast Freezer are used for instant freezing of blood plasma, food products etc. it freezes the blood plasma and other samples to -20oC in not less than 60 min. Chest Freezer offer a breakthrough in sample preparation for use prior to cold storage including flexible design, accelerated air flow and a self-contained refrigeration system. Slow freezing forms big ice crystals in the product. The crystals are forming cells and destroy the structure of the product but in blast freezer Fast freezing forms many small ice crystals which keeps the original product safe.

Blast Freezer is double walled cooled units. Outer body of our laboratory refrigerators are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre coated corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner construction is made of stainless steel sheet-304. The 100 mm gap between the walls is filled high grade polyurethane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency.

Freeze Dryer

Freeze Drying is the process of removing the moisture from a biological product while maintaining the Integrity of the products biological & chemical structure and activities. Freeze drying technology is used in particular for removal of moisture from the products usually of biological origin without causing any noticeable change in the original characteristics. Freeze Drying is also the preferred process in the field of Pharmacy, Chemistry and in conservation of food. Heat-sensitive biological materials may be freeze-dried without affecting their potency. The dried materials may be stored for years at room temperature without loss of their original characteristics.

Muffle Furnace

Vacuum Furnace

Vacuum resistance furnace is widely used in the heat treatment of metallic material in coarse vacuum, in reducibility or protective atmosphere. It Can also be used for special heat treatment of materials such as carbon products in the development process of carbonation. It can heat materials, typically metals, to very high temperatures and carry out processes such as brazing, sintering and heat treatmentwith high consistency and low contamination. Kjeldahl Distillation Unit

Kjeldahl Units have a minimum of 3 mantles and a maximum of 6 mantles which are made of a knitted layer of glass fabric combined with flexible heating element, encased in Mild Steel housing. Over and above this layer of glass fabric accommodating the flexible heater, another layer of glass cloth is placed on the lower mantle held firmly by a circular aluminum ring. Temperature ranges form ambient to 350ºC controlled by a Sun Vic Energy Regulator with either a single control or individual controls, with corresponding indicating lamps.

The Digestion and Distillation combined units UNITS have the features of both Digestion and Distillation which are placed on a painted MS angle stand with their respective controls. Supplied without any glass parts. Works on 220/230 Volts Ac.

Micro Kjeldahl Distillation Unit

The equipment has a very heavy casted top made of high grade stainless steel block of grade SS-304 with room for heating 40 digestion tubes made of highly energy efficient borosilicate glass of 75 ml each. The suitable value heating element are made of high grade kanthal A-I non magnetic wire. These heaters are strategically placed throughout the chamber for uniform temperature distribution through the chamber. The outer casing of the equipment id made of thick PCRC sheet duly pre treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with attractive stove enamel paint or powder coated. The 75mm gap between the two walls is filled with mineral wool to have minimal thermal loss and maximum energy efficiency.

Food Industry: Digital Refractometer is used in the food industry for measuring the approximate amount of sugars in fruits, vegetables, juices, wine, soft drinks and in the sugar manufacturing industry. Scientific Usage: When a refractometer is used, it is correct to report the result as “refractometric dried substance” (RDS). One might speak of a liquid as being 20 °Bx RDS. This is a measure of percent by weight of TOTAL dried solids and, although not technically the same as Brix degrees determined through a specific gravity method, renders an accurate measurement of sucrose content since the majority of dried solids are in fact sucrose. When an infrared Brix sensor is used, it measures the vibrational frequency of the sugar molecules, giving a Brix degrees measurement. This will not be the same measurement as Brix degrees using a density measurement because it will specifically measure dissolved sugar concentration instead of all dissolved solids.

Technical Parameters:

The program-controlled motor rotates at the given velocity controlled by a program and makes the rotary axis of the viscometer to revolve, and through a torque sensor, then drives the standard rotors to rotate, the rotors will subject to a torque moment proportional to liquid viscosity because of the liquid viscose hysteresis. The torque moment will be measured by the sensors and processed into the viscosity and shown on the display. In order to extend the measuring range, 4 rotors with 4 different velocities were used in this instrument.
To work in a wide range of 10mPa·s ~ 100000 mPa·s, the instrument was designed and manufactured with 4 rotors and 4 different velocity for each, which enable it to measure any viscosity value in the given range. On the front control panel, 5 operation keys are used: Up and Down, Left and Right, Return and Confirm. When instrument powered-on, the display showed the rotors and velocities used in the last operation that can be checked by selecting the correlating Up and Down, Left and Right keys. To measure a liquid, first estimate the its viscose range, then select the rotors and velocities by using Up and Down, Left and Right keys, followed by mounting the selected rotors on the instrument, press the Return key to start measuring. The instrument equipped with a data memory to store such operation parameters as the measuring range, rotors and velocities, coefficients and the measured results. The micro controller can adjust the motor rotation velocity based on user’s requirement. With RS232 port on instrument, the data communication between instrument and computer can be made.
The rotor bracket is used for the protection of rotors and the stability of the measurement, a more reliable measuring result can be made by using the protection bracket.

Dry Air Storage (Multi Purpose) :

In dry air storage our dehumidifier keeps the relative humidity at the desired level all year round regardless of the temperature. Basic dry air storage only requires an un insulated, reasonably airtight, building fitted with a dehumidifier. Steel and other metals, wood, paper, pulverized products, military equipment are just a few examples of items possible that can be stored safely and at low cost.

Production Facilities (Pharmaceutical):

Precision Microtome – AO Spencer Type

Senior precision rotary microtome is as per Spence A.O. 820 and is the most advanced sectioning equipment for medical colleges, universities, research laboratories, hospitals and educational institutions. The internal mechanism and knife holder rest on a heavy and rigid base to render a shake proof operation. The latest designed protective cover is hinged to the base and swings back so that the interior parts will be completely exposed for convenient cleaning, lubrication & setting etc the feed mechanism is dependent on the vertical movement of the object block. With every complete revolution of the counter balanced drive wheel the feed pawl engages precisely on to the teeth of the ratchet gear which moves towards and advances the object holder thought a cone, inclined plane mechanism in such a precise increments that tissues can be sectioned even in one micron thickness. When the limit of the feed is reached at the end, a safety device automatically disengages the fee mechanism to prevent jamming and damage to the feed screws. The feed indicator is located in the front and feed setting is controlled by a knurled knob at the back of the microtome, to adjust section thickness from 1 50 microns in steps of one microns each. The sturdy knife holder in addition to knife elevating and leveling provides lateral movements for complete use of knife edge.

The 50/50 Trinocular microscope head allows for simultaneous video and binocular viewing. The focusing 10X or 20X wide field eyepieces can accept 25-mm diameter reticules for measurement applications.
The reverse nosepiece can hold up to four objectives, allowing a range of magnifications. The instrument has a 1X to 2X zoom range.
The objectives are available in a range of magnifications from 2X (with a numerical aperture (NA) of 0.055 and a working distance of 34 mm), to 200X (with a NA of 0.62 and working distance of 13 mm).

Observation head.	Trinocular Head is equipped with standard 450 inclined observation tubes,rotatable through 360 and can be fixed in any direction with a clamp screw. Focussing	By vertical movement of stage, coarse adjustment by rack pinion and fine movement by screw lever mechanism having a graduated knob
Illumination	6V-20W Halogen lamp fitted directly under the field lenses operated through solid state variable controlled transformer 220 or 110 volts. Mirror attachment while working in day light is also provided
Objectives	Achromatic 4x – 10x – 40x sL and 100 XSL oil immersion.
Eyepiece	Wide field WF10X and H5X or H6X or H15X (any two pairs)
Packing	In full mould Styrofoam / Thermocol container.
Accessories	Vinyl cover, duster, cleaning brush, filter & Operating Manual.
