Gyrator Sieve Shaker

Kahn (Reciprocating) Shaking
It is general-purpose machine and found very useful for mixing or agitation ingredients, solution in flasks, bottles, beakers and Kahn racks etc. Upper tray covered with rubber floor and sides of the tray are slotted to take parallel and cross bars cover with rubber to hold flasks, bottles beakers, Kahn racks etc. The bars are tightened with washers and fly nuts can be adjusted as per the requirement. The machine can accommodate Kahn racks, bottles or flasks of different sizes by adjusting the compartments with the help of rods supplied with the machine. Fitted with ¼ HP motor and having mechanical adjustments for adjusting the motion.

Magnetic Shaker

Rotary Flask Shaker
Rotary flask shaker serves its Applications in various research laboratories for shaking the liquid in glass flasks. It is a compact bench top model unit. Heavy platform is fitted with rubber discs to hold conical flasks from 50 ml to 1000ml capacity. The shaker is mounted on ball bearing crankshafts to give an orbital circular motion to the flasks. Rotap Sieve Shaker
Rotap Sieve Shaker assists in producing uniform motion for shaking. It is used for research and development, quality control of raw materials, as well as in production monitoring. A horizontal circular motion overlies a vertical motion which is created by a tapping impulse. These motional processes are characteristic of hand sieving and produce a higher degree of sieving for denser particles (e.g. abrasives) than throw-action sieve shakers.

Rotap Sieve Shaker is driven by ¼ H.P. Electricx motor through a reduction gear, can carry upto SIX , 6 OR 8 /12 /18 Test Sieves with one set of LID AND Pan . This Rotap motion of the table is an upward and downward movement but is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction or inclination charges progressively in clockwise direction having frequency of about 270 vibration per minutes. Table Top Sieve Shaker
Top Sieve Shaker assists in producing uniform motion for shaking. The vibration is controlled by speed regulator. It is used for research and development, quality control of raw materials, as well as in production monitoring. The vertical throwing motion is overlaid with a slight circular motion which results in distribution of the sample amount over the whole sieving surface. The particles are accelerated in the vertical direction (are thrown upwards). In the air they carry out free rotations and interact with the openings in the mesh of the sieve when they fall back. If the particles are smaller than the openings, they pass through the sieve. If they are larger, they are thrown upwards again. The rotating motion while suspended increases the probability that the particles present a different orientation to the mesh when they fall back again, and thus might eventually pass through the mesh.

Wet Sieve Shaker
The objective of the wet sieve test is to obtain basic index information about the soil, that can be used to estimate strength and permeability. It is the primary form of classification for granular soils. There are some materials which, when tested dry, produce less than accurate particle analysis results. If the material is not soluble in water and reproducible results are difficult to obtain, then wet testing may be the method required to produce accurate data. This kit offers an alternative to hand wet wash sieving using a single tall-frame wet wash sieve.
