Air Circulating Chamber Furnace

Air-circulation chamber furnaces with temperature range up to 850 °C, are mainly used for annealing, tempering, ageing, pre-heating, drying, shrinking, baking and testing. These air circulation chamber furnaces are available for maximum operating temperatures of 450 °C, 600 °C or 850 °C and are perfectly suited for demanding processes. Due to their robust and solid design even heavy loads can be heat treated. These furnaces are suited for use with baskets, pallets, and mobile furnace racks. All furnaces are available with electric or gas heating.

Applications:

Muffle Furnace

These laboratory muffle furnace units are utilized in general purpose heating in laboratories, ashing tests on wool, rubber, fibers or fabrics, heat treatment requirements for gears and various research facilities in chemistry and physics. It have mainly three parts; electronic control unit, inner chamber and insulation. The furnace chamber is heated by electric resistance elements and is insulated with ceramic fiber insulation. The controller is located under the furnace chamber and is well insulated from the heat generated in the furnace chamber. A door safety switch removes power to the heating elements whenever the furnace door is opened. The temperature is controlled by one of three types of controllers.

Melting Furnaces

Compact melting furnaces for the melting of non-ferrous metals and alloys are one of a kind and have anumber of technical advantages. Designed as tabletop models, they can be used for many laboratory applications. The practical counter balanced hinge with shock absorbers and the spout on the front of the furnace make exact dosing easy when pouring the melt. The furnaces are available for furnace chamber temperatures of 1200°C. However we have the capacity to customize the furnace temperature and sizes as per individual requirement. The heat is applied through microprocessor based controller. They are used to melt ironand steel, copper, aluminium and precious metals. The advantage of the compact furnace is a clean, energy-efficient and well-controllable melting process compared to most other means of metal melting. Since no arc or combustion is used, the temperature of the material is no higher than required to melt it; this can prevent loss of valuable alloying elements. By increasing temperature the alloy melts. And after the required time the lid is opened and the melted metal is poured for future use.

Vacuum Furnace

Vacuum resistance furnace is widely used in the heat treatment of metallic material in coarse vacuum, in reducibility or protective atmosphere. It Can also be used for special heat treatment of materials such as carbon products in the development process of carbonation. It can heat materials, typically metals, to very high temperatures and carry out processes such as brazing, sintering and heat treatmentwith high consistency and low contamination. In a vacuum furnace the product in the furnace is surrounded by a vacuum.
