Ball Mill
Ball mill takes care of any pulverizing, milling or grinding job that you can give it. Its multifunction design allows it to handle wet or dry, brittle or fibrous materials. Weiber Ball mills are fitted with FHP motor. The unit drives with maximum speed of 80 rpm. The jar is made of aluminum and having steel balls of different sizes to be put in jar for mixing and grinding pesticides powder. Jar is interchangeable and easily removable, light in weight and compact unit working on 200 volts AC.

Applications:
Dry Air Storage (Multi Purpose) :
In dry air storage our dehumidifier keeps the relative humidity at the desired level all year round regardless of the temperature. Basic dry air storage only requires an un insulated, reasonably airtight, building fitted with a dehumidifier. Steel and other metals, wood, paper, pulverized products, military equipment are just a few examples of items possible that can be stored safely and at low cost.
Production Facilities (Pharmaceutical):
Weiber dehumidifiers make it possible to produce pharmaceutical products all year round in a controlled dry atmosphere. These dehumidifiers increase production capacity in spray dryers and fluidized beds that are used, for example, in the food industry. Breweries can avoid mould and condensation on cold surfaces by using dehumidifiers
Archives:
Archives for photographic film must be kept at low temperature and at low relative humidity, typically + 2 ºC, 30% RH. A controlled climate with stable relative humidity is also vital to prevent art collections, old documents, textiles, books etc from being damaged by the ravages of time.
Power Plants And Buildings:
Being able to supply dry air inside industrial facilities and buildings is an important capability. Power plant boilers, piping, steam condensers, turbines and bridges are examples of dry air corrosion protection methods. Buildings that have suffered flooding or moisture damage can often be made fully functional again after drying out with dry air.

Dehumidifying of ammunition storage and preserving mothballed vehicles were some of the first applications in the military field. Since then the number of applications has multiplied several times over covering everything from submarines to fighter aircraft. Electronic Industry:
For manufacture of certain electronic equipment extremely clean, but also dry air is needed. For example we have supplied desiccant dehumidifiers and temperature control for products temporarily stored at 2 % RH 15 ºC, between different stages in a production process.
Other Applications:
Perhaps none of the above applications fit your specific demand for drying or maintaining a controlled dry air environment. We have experience over a range of applications, everything from underground rock cavern storage to the drying of mushrooms and ostrich eggs.
Hot Plate
Hot Plates are useful for sealing, pre-heating, re-flow, and processing under controlled temperature conditions. Three models are available:
MODEL-I
Body made of M.S. sheet duly stove painted / powder coated fitted with coil type heating element suitable to work on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply. Rating 1.5 KW, 7½” Diameter.i) With 3 heat switch.ii) With E.R. Regulator Control.
MODEL-II
Deluxe quality with heavy cast iron base duly heat resistant painted. Rating 1.5 kw fitted with ER Control or thermostat controller, fibre blanket insulated with kanthal ISI heater and fire proff conection.i) With 3 heat switchii) With E.R. Regulator Control.
MODEL-III
Rectangular Hot Plate with outer M.S. sheet body duly powder coated or stove painted. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply useful for continuous heating up to 350ºC. Heavy duty Cast Iron Top, Ceramic Blanket Insulated Top with heat resistant paint.
Round hot plate:
The body is made of P.C.R.C. sheet duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The top cost iron heating plate is round having 20 cm dia, with heating elements of 1.5 KW rating. Temperature is controlled by energy regulator upto 3500C.

Senior precision rotary microtome is as per Spence A.O. 820 and is the most advanced sectioning equipment for medical colleges, universities, research laboratories, hospitals and educational institutions. The internal mechanism and knife holder rest on a heavy and rigid base to render a shake proof operation. The latest designed protective cover is hinged to the base and swings back so that the interior parts will be completely exposed for convenient cleaning, lubrication & setting etc the feed mechanism is dependent on the vertical movement of the object block. With every complete revolution of the counter balanced drive wheel the feed pawl engages precisely on to the teeth of the ratchet gear which moves towards and advances the object holder thought a cone, inclined plane mechanism in such a precise increments that tissues can be sectioned even in one micron thickness. When the limit of the feed is reached at the end, a safety device automatically disengages the fee mechanism to prevent jamming and damage to the feed screws. The feed indicator is located in the front and feed setting is controlled by a knurled knob at the back of the microtome, to adjust section thickness from 1 50 microns in steps of one microns each. The sturdy knife holder in addition to knife elevating and leveling provides lateral movements for complete use of knife edge.

These rotary oil sealed pumps are quiet operating and vibration less designed for continuous duty and factory tested to assure a satisfactory performance.
